To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used lip care products.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between five to ten business days for the refund to appear. If your item does not meet the criteria for return but you have experienced an issue, we will assess the situation individually and may offer a partial refund or store credit.
